Who We Are
Clear Voice Dictation Solutions is a Louisiana owned and operated company
established June 1, 1994. The company is located in Southeast Louisiana
and provides On-Site service at no extra charge for our customers in the
Greater New Orleans Metro Area.
Those working outside this area can also contact us about repairs and
sales, as we are happy to receive and return machines via UPS or the US
Postal Service.
Unlike our competitors who sell computers, printers, fax and copiers

Our ONLY focus is Voice Processing, both digital and analog (tape) recorders
and transcribers.
We specialize in sales, support and service on all brands (Olympus,
Philips, and Grundig,
Dictaphone, Lanier, Sony) models and accessories with the opportunity
to purchase extended warranties at reasonable rates.
Machines purchased through Clear Voice are fully inspected and adjusted,
if applicable, prior to sale and include all necessary accessories. Delivery,
installation, training and support are provided as requested.
Most new and reconditioned machines purchased from Clear Voice include
our exclusive Twenty-Four (24) Month, On-Site (Metro New Orleans
Area), Parts and Labor Warranty!
All machines are complete and ready-to-use immediately upon
delivery!
